So we finally made it to Denver…only a mere 14 hours later than planned.  I haven’t ever remembered Kansas being so terrible.  Don’t get me wrong, Kansas has always been long and boring…. however, going on three days with no sleep made it really ruff.  With the beautiful Rockies in the background, it finally feels like we’re on our trip.  We stayed in Denver last night with one of Eric’s friend Jack.  He was a perfect host.  Ate a big juicy hamburger from Dino’s Soda Shop, and after a shower and a cold Stella we hit the bed (or should I say floor) for the first time in 3 days!!  We’re heading to Joe’s Valley for a few days of bouldering in Utah.  We’ll see how hard we can climb after the long road trip.  Sorry so short…more details to come.-Matt
